Teams received a Safeway grocery bag containing 5 items:

• a can of white cheddar Pringles
• a box of low sodium Ritz crackers (1 lb)
• a box of orange Capri Sun (10 pouches)
• a box of maple brown sugar Nature Valley bars (12 bars)
• a box of Safeway Raisin Bran cereal (20 oz)

Furthermore, affixed to each item was a UPC code sticker where only one digit was displayed. Teams who removed this sticker (to try to see the original UPC code) found that the original UPC code had been entirely removed.
